Rider Injured After Motorcycle Accident on I-70 East

At least one person has been injured Thursday night on Interstate 70 heading eastbound.

Officials with the Pennsylvania State Police confirm the driver was on a motorcycle.

It happened around 7 p.m. near West Alexander.

Traffic has been backed up in the eastbound lane while crews worked to investigate the accident and clear the damage.

The drivers name and condition have not yet been released.
