
The Ohio County Solid Waste Authority holds the event every year and officials have just released the date of their tire collection.
The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Reap Program set aside July 21 from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. for people to drop off their old tires.
The tire collection will be held at the DEP building in Fulton, 131-A Peninsula Street, which is across from the old Blaw Knox Factory site.
If you have a valid West Virginia driver's license you will be allowed to drop off no more than 10 car and light truck tires(17 inch or smaller) which must be off rims.
