Wheeling Holds Second Annual Arts Fest

WHEELING, W.Va -

The City of Wheeling is holding it's 2nd Annual Arts Fest on Saturday 7/14 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The Arts Fest is taking place at three venues in downtown Wheeling: The Ohio County Public Library, West Virginia Northern Community College, and Independence hall.

All of the live entertainment is free and open to the public. This family event has something for all ages including live music, visual arts, theatre, dance, literature, and culinary demonstrations.
