Former Kaufman's Building in Downtown Wheeling Up for Sale

The building which housed the former Kaufman's of Wheeling is now up for sale.

According to First Choice Realty, the four-story building is being sold for $165,000.

Kaufman's closed in 2010 after 80 years in business. The company then filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection back in November of that year.
