It's been a staple business in downtown Wheeling for years, but now WTRF.com is learning the building is up for sale.

The establishment used to house the former Kaufman's of Wheeling.

According to First Choice Realty, the four-story building is being sold for $165,000.

Kaufman's closed their doors in 2010 after 80 years in the business.

The company filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection back in November of that year.
