For weeks West Virginia drivers were enjoying falling prices, but the latest study shows that decrease has stopped.
Motorists in Parkersburg are paying the least across the state averaging $3.27 a gallon, while Clarksburg motorists are paying the most at $3.50.
Wheeling motorists are paying an average of $3.42 a gallon for regular unleaded gasoline.
