Traffic Delayed on State Route 7 in Steubenville Due to Severe W - WTRF 7 News Sports Weather - Wheeling Steubenville

Severe weather in Steubenville had State Route 7 backed up in both directions.

At one point, traffic in both lanes was at a standstill and Steubenville Police were diverting traffic in front of the Jefferson County Justice Center due to rushing water.

Rain has since let up and police have been working to get traffic moving.
