
Evening storms have caused numerous power outages across the Ohio Valley with the numbers continuing to climb.
The hardest hit area so far has been Jefferson County, Ohio where, according to the AEP Ohio website 4,173 customers are without power.
The number of outages in Harrison County, Ohio, has decreased however, 1,695 customers are still without power and in Belmont County, 665 customers do not have electricity.
Across the river in West Virginia, 1,411 residents in Marshall County are without power.
According to the FirstEnergy Corp. website 2,707 residents in Brooke County are without power.
