A sex offender from Bethlehem made his appearance in court.
Randy Scott VanDyne appeared before Ohio County Magistrate, Joe Roxby Thursday morning for a preliminary hearing after being arrested by Bethlehem Police on June 26.
VanDyne allegedly harassed a Bethlehem family and their two juvenile daughters.
He was arraigned and released from jail after posting a $3,000 bond.
VanDyne's bond was modified in Thursday's hearing to state that he is not to be within 100 feet of the families property.
VanDyne is facing charges of stalking and trespassing.
