Three people were arrested after a traffic stop on Chapline Street.

According to Wheeling police, The car matched the description given by area businesses and was believed to be involved in passing counterfeit money.

As a result, officers seized hundreds of dollars in counterfeit money.

Darrell Irving Senior, Cathy Irving and Ronald Bush, Jr. were arrested on multiple charges including possession of counterfeit money.

The investigation is still ongoing.
