Celebrate Youth Featuring 'Youngest in Charge' - WTRF 7 News Sports Weather - Wheeling Steubenville

Final plans are being put in place for one of the biggest summer events of the year.

The event is called, Celebrate Youth 2012 "Vision that Matters" and it is a day when Ohio Valley children are treated to exhibits, food, activities and entertainment.

Parents and their children can meet over 60 exhibitors with information about healthy activities and life choices.

This year the entertainment will feature two area musicians that call themselves Youngest in Charge.

"Positive Hip Hop, Hip Hop slash R & B that's what we kind of do," said Youngest in Charge member Josh Heatherington. "We go by YNC music Youngest in Charge."

"It's awesome for  us to be able to give back to the community," said member Stevie J. "Not to be like this is what we are doing but to be like we're doing it for my area where there are hardly any jobs if we can do it you can do it."

Youngest in Charge can be heard on Thursday August 2 from 2-3 p.m. at Wheeling Park.
