Moundsville businesses gathered Monday night in preparation for this year's Ohio Valley Cost of Freedom event to be held in August.
The Ohio Valley is gearing up for the tribute featuring a scaled version of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall.
It will be escorted into town on August 22, by nearly 1,000 motorcyclists including members of the Patriot Guard Riders.
The wall will be set up along Jefferson avenue in front of the penitentiary.
Organizer Phil Remke says a tremendous turnout is expected.
"We're expecting between 10,000 to 50,000 people in Marshall County. It will be chaos, but organized chaos, "Remke added.
