Michelle Obama has paid an unannounced visit to a suburban recreation center during a campaign stop in Columbus.
The first lady mingled Tuesday with children having their faces painted, playing games, and preparing to go up or come down a climbing wall at the Westerville Community Center.
Obama jumped into one game involving a round nylon blanket raised up and down as children ran beneath it. The first lady took her own turn running underneath the material.
Obama was headed next to Dayton for a second appearance in the battleground state.
