WHEELING, W.Va -
Two Wheeling men are facing up to 20 years in prison each after pleading guilty to drug charges this week.
Randy Joe Bowe, Jr. and Robert Price both plead guilty to conspiracy to distribute controlled substances from November 2011 until May 2012.
This was part of a 6 month long pill investigation in Wheeling which found Bowe was "doctor shopping" trips to Florida and Missouri where he and others would get controlled substances from clinics, and then return to Wheeling and sell those pills for profit.
Each faces up to 20 years imprisonment and fine of up to $1 million.
