
A traffic stop has resulted in the discovery of a meth lab Wednesday evening in Harrison County, Ohio.
According to authorities the incident occurred at about 8:10 p.m. on East High Street in Jewett when deputies attempted to pull over a maroon Ford Ranger. When deputies approached the vehicle the driver, a white male, exited the vehicle and immediately fled the scene.
Deputies tracked down the suspect and found he had been operating a meth lab. The suspect has been arrested and his name has not been released.
The Harrison County Sheriff is at the scene. No other information has been released at this time.
