Man Pleads Guilty in Bath Salts Case

WHEELING, W.Va -

The first conviction in West Virginia for the distribution of "bath salts" happened in Wheeling Wednesday.

Steven Kloh, 35, of Columbus, Ohio plead guilty for his involvement in the distribution of bath salts.

Kloh is in custody pending sentencing facing up to a $250,000 fine and up to five years in prison.
