ST. CLAIRSVILLE, Ohio -
Three Congressmen from Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia will be taking part in a coal field hearing Tuesday, July 31 at Ohio University's Eastern Campus in St. Clairsville.
Rep. Bill Johnson, R- Ohio, Rep.Jim Jordan R-Pennsylvania, and Rep. David McKinley R- W.Va.and the Subcommittee on Regulatory Affairs, Stimulus Oversight, and the Government Spending will hold a field hearing to address ''The Green Agenda and the War on Coal:Perspectives from the Ohio Valley.''
Organizers said the hearing will examine the role that the Environmental Protection Agency play in the crafting and enforcement and of regulations relating to coal.
