Three former volunteer firefighters facing arson charges had their initial appearance in Harrison County Court Monday.

Alec Foster, Tyler Yoho and Mason Sedgmer are all being charged with one count of arson and once count of complicity to commit arson each. The charges stem from a fire that ripped through the abandoned

A preliminary hearing is set for August 6th.

All three men were arraigned and released on their own recognizance.

They are to report weekly to the court and have no contact with the alleged defendant.
