
Suspected heroin and drug paraphernalia were found by police in a makeshift ice cream truck after parents complained about the suspicious vehicle, according to the Associated Press.
Somerset, Pa. police say the van with hand-painted spots was stopped Monday afternoon following complaints from parents.
Inside officers say they found drugs, needles, syringes and a tourniquet.
Authorities say the truck was a white cargo van that had been re purposed to hand out icy treats. The vehicle's suspicious appearance prompted parents to call police.
Investigators say the driver faces charges.
