WTRF Losing Longtime Family Member - WTRF 7 News Sports Weather - Wheeling Steubenville

WTRF 7News Reporter Dave Elias has accepted a position with NBC 2, WBBH in Fort Myers-Naples Television Market.

Dave has been a part of the WTRF family since 2000 when he began as an assignment editor.  In 2001 Dave moved in front of the camera to become a reporter and one time, anchor of 7News at 5 p.m. and 11 p.m.  

Dave was also a member of the West Virginia Media I-Team and he most recently was the Bureau Chief of the Steubenville Bureau.

He will be missed at WTRF, but we wish him well in his new endeavor.
