Residents of Luau Manor apartments have been complaining of a bed bug infestation.

The high rise apartment complex is owned by Wheeling Housing Authority and is home to over 100 residents.

Tenants have been complaining about the bed bug infestation on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors.

The problem is being handled professionally.
