It was a rare opportunity for scholarship donors to actually meet the students who will benefit from there generosity.
The Community Foundation for the Ohio Valley held there annual Scholarship Luncheon at Wilson Lodge at Oglebay, Monday afternoon. The Community Foundation administers over 50 scholarship funds for a variety of opportunities.
