U.S. Marshals Offering Reward for Capture of Man Accused of Chil - WTRF 7 News Sports Weather - Wheeling Steubenville

The Mountain State Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for the capture of fugitive Terry Blankenship.

He is wanted on two counts of child abduction due to an alleged incident that occurred on January 25 in which Blankenship convinced the parent/guardian to allow him to transport two juvenile females to a sleepover in Wheeling. 

On January 27, the parent/guardian picked up the two juvenile females who later disclosed that they were sexually assaulted by Blankenship.
