Terry Blankenship was arrested Wednesday in Strasburg, Ohio at Twins Motel.
Blankenship was wanted on two counts of child abduction stemming from alleged incident on Jan. 25. Charges were filed against him after authorities say he allegedly sexually assaulted two girls while taking them to a sleepover in Wheeling.
He was identified by a 7News viewer who believed they had seen him at Twins Motel. Upon receiving the tip, the U.S. Marshals Office in Toledo, Ohio was contacted and eventually located and arrested the fugitive.
Blankenship is now lodged in the Tuscarawas County Jail awaiting bond.
