
A Bellaire man, 24-year-old Chaz Erazmus, is facing five federal counts dealing with the distribution of heroin in May and June of this year.
The US Attorney is also asking Erazmus to surrender a 2005 White GMC Envoy, which was allegedly used during drug activities.
If convicted on all five counts, Erazmus faces 20 years in jail and a $1,000,000 fine on Counts One, Two and Four; and, up to 40 years in prison and a fine of $2,000,000 on Counts Three and Five.
