It looks like rain is on its way in for the first part of the afternoon on Friday. A slight risk of severe weather and flash flooding still exists through the early afternoon hours as well.
The good news according to the latest forecasts is that the rain will gradually taper off during the late afternoon hours Friday. This will leave only some clouds and some patchy light drizzle later this evening and overnight.
Late evening and night events around the area will not be a complete rainout, but there will be some very light drizzle and clouds to deal with tonight.
Saturday will bring some blustery conditions as clouds are expected to hang around much of the day and winds will gust at times up to 30 mph.
