Samuel A. Mumley Memorial Classic Held Saturday in St. Clairsville

ST. CLAIRSVILLE, Ohio -
The Samuel A. Mumley Memorial Classic 5K Race kicked off Saturday morning at the Belmont County Courthouse in St. Clairsville.
The race is part of the Healthplan's "Taking Strides for Better Health" Grand Prix Series. WTRF is a proud sponsor.
This year's honorary starter was Jerry Narcisi. The winners are: Matt Riffle, who came in first with at time of 17:16. Second place went to Cedric Robinson and Shane Scheuer came in third. Scholarship prizes were handed out after the race.
