Tomblin Signs into Action Blue Ribbon Highway Commission

Governor Earl Ray Tomblin signed an executive order establishing the West Virginia Blue Ribbon Highway Commission.

The commission will study the roads to asses where improvements and repairs are needed as well as make suggestions about how to pay for it.

A report will be given to the governor before the 2013 regular legislative session begins
