Later in the day, he presented an American flag that was flown over the U.S. Capitol at the future home of MPR Supply Chain in Bellaire.
Congressman Johnson worked with local officials to secure the property that will be home to the business that will eventually employ over 70 people.
"This is a great success story," said Johnson. "We had an Armory sitting over here, totally unused Federal property that was costing the tax payers dollars and we have a business that comes along like MPR that says hey we can turn that thing into profitable business and create jobs."
