Crash in Tuscarawas County Leaves One Dead - WTRF 7 News Sports Weather - Wheeling Steubenville

One person is dead after a crash involving a car and tractor trailer in Tuscarawas County.

According to police, the accident happened Monday shortly before 8:30 p.m. on U.S. Route 250 near Dennison.

Police say 44-year-old Tammy D. White of Dennison was killed in the crash.

Reports say White failed to yield when making a left turn, causing the tractor trailer to hit her vehicle.

The driver of the tractor trailer was treated for minor injuries.

Alcohol is suspected to be a factor.
