WTRF.com SLIDESHOW: Furniture for Horses - WTRF 7 News Sports Weather - Wheeling Steubenville

Right now the Belmont County Animal Rescue League is caring for 13 horses whose owners were not properly caring for them.

So they have a plan for raising money to keep their equine friends in grain all winter.
