WTRF.com SLIDESHOW: Carnegie Library of Steubenville Dedication - WTRF 7 News Sports Weather - Wheeling Steubenville

On Aug. 18, an Ohio Historical Marker commemorating Andrew Carnegie/Carnegie Library of Steubenville was dedicated at the Main Library of the Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County.

 

Many were in attendance including Mayor Domenick Mucci Jr., State Senator Lou Gentile and Library Director Alan Hall.
