City Council Evaluates City Manager's Performance

Steubenville City Council members conducted a job performance evaluation of City Manager Cathy Davidson Wednesday to decide whether or not to extend her contract.

Davison is in the third and final year of her three-year contract.

Members have until September 15 to renew or not to renew a contract with her. At that point, they will begin contract negotiations.
