The Oak Glen Golden Bears broke in their new stadium at the high school with a resounding 45-0 rout of cross-river rival Wellsville.

Oak Glen quarterback Bub Haddox was impressive for the second week, scoring the first touchdown at the new stadium on a 70-yard run.

The Golden Bears improve to 2-0 under rookie head coach Ian Whittington. They have a big one, at home, next Friday night against fellow unbeaten Indian Creek.
