West Virginia Makes History at 2012 DNC

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -

West Virginia set a record at the 2012 Democratic National Convention.

Among the state delegates was a West Virginia high school student, the youngest delegate at the convention.

Washington High School senior Hannah McCarley from Jefferson County attended the convention. McCarley is taking a week off school to be a part of the political process.
