Flags across the state of Ohio have been lowered Tuesday.
Governor John Kasich has ordered that the flags be flown at half-staff at all of Ohio's public buildings and grounds to commemorate the 11th anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.
In Columbus, Mayor Michael Coleman planned to host a lunchtime remembrance ceremony with veterans at City Hall to honor those who died in the attacks and the emergency responders.
