The woman accused of being an alleged accomplice in an attempted pharmacy robbery has been charged with Felony Murder, Robbery in the First Degree and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery.
The Ohio County Grand Jury handed down the indictment against Melody Fisher on Monday.
These charges are the result of an incident that occurred at the Elm Grove Pharmacy in which Kevin Walnoha was killed as he attempted to rob the pharmacy at gunpoint.
Fiher's trial is set for Dec. 17, and a pre-trial date was set for Dec. 7. Fisher's bond was increased from $100,000 to $200,000, due to the fact that she is now charged with "Felony Murder" which carries a potential life sentence.
Fisher remains in the Northern Regional Jail, until she is able to post bond.
