Belmont County Woman Gets 15 to life in her Toddler's Death

The mother of two year old Mylie Marie Bell, will spend 15 years to life in prison in the death of her little girl.

Erin Bell entered guilty pleas to one count of  felony murder and one count of child endangerment.

Friday Judge John Solovan sentenced Bell to 15 years to life on the murder charge, and eight years for the child endangerment charge .

She will not be eligible for parole until after she served at least 15 years.

Authorities said Mylie Bell died of blunt force trauma in January of 2011.

A Belmont County mother will be sentenced for killing her little girl Friday morning.

Erin Bell, mother of two-year-old Mylie Marie Bell, pled guilty last month to the January 2011 death of the toddler in the Lansing Garden Apartments.

Authorities say little Mylie Marie died of blunt force trauma.

Bell has been jailed on a half million dollars bond since the child's death. The mother has entered guilty pleas to two counts, one count of murder and one count of child endangerment.
