The Northern West Virginia Chapter of Brothers of the Wheel held its 8th Annual awareness ride to benefit Harmony House Children's Advocacy Center in Wheeling.
The ride began at the Harley Davidson in Bethlehem and 100 bikers made the trip to the Moundsville VFW. The Brother's held a charity auction once they got to the VFW to round off their donation to Harmony House.
The President of the Marshall County Chapter of the Brothers of the Wheel, goes by "Rainmaker." He says his guys have always wanted to help because no child should live in fear.
"There's a show on TV that puts bikers in a bad light," he says. "My guys are the good guys. We just don't wear hats we wear black leather. It's our favorite thing to do is help the kids."
According to Harmony House, the Brothers of the Wheel have raised over $37,000 in the past three years by doing this annual ride.
