WHEELING, W.Va -
West Virginia State Police have arrested 18 year old Cody Brautigam on sexual assault and abuse charges.
According to State Police Sergeant Scott Adams, Brautigam allegedly abused two young girls that are under the age of ten. Adams says he began the investigation at the beginning of September.
Sgt. Adams served an arrest warrant for Brautigam on Thursday. Brautigam is a senior at Wheeling Park high school.
The alleged victims spoke to interviewers a the Harmony House about the alleged abuse.
Brautigam is facing two counts of sexual abuse, and two counts of sexual assault. He is being held in the Northern Regional Jail on $100,000 bond.
