BELMONT COUNTY -
One man is charged with failure to obey traffic control devices after a flatbed tractor trailer overturned Saturday night.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol the incident occurred at about 10:30 p.m. on County Road 20, Blaine-Shermont Road, in Colerain.
Authorities report 37-year-old Shane Anderson was headed south bound when he attempted to negotiate a right curve. The trailer then went off the right side of the roadway and overturned according to reports.
North of the scene, at the intersection of County Road 18 and US Route 250, there was a marked sign posted prohibiting large trucks and trailers according to OSHP.
No injuries were reported.
