During the month of September, Straub Automotive in Triadelphia has been conducting what the

Honda,Hyundai and Nissan dealer has called ''Souper September' to help out The Soup Kitchen of Greater Wheeling.

Straub Wednesday presented a check  for $5,745 and a truckload of food to the Wheeling Soup Kitchen.

Straub has been raising funds and collecting canned goods from customers and employees.

''Our first Souper September to help the Wheeling Soup Kitchen with their important and much needed ministry in our community has exceeded our expectations said Straub's Bryan Fato. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our customers and employees, we will be able to make on their behalf an important contribution of funds and food on October 3 to help those less fortunate right here in our own hometown.''
