Our Lady of Peace School in Marshall County hosted a special visitor Friday while they celebrated their 50th anniversary.
West Virginia's First Lady Jo Ann Tomblin visited the school on their Family and Friends Day.
Traditionally on this day they share the message of faith, academics, and service with the school and host a patriotic concert, weaving their arts technology into the days program
Tomblin has been travelling the state visiting schools and focusing on the Pre-K program.
This past Monday, West Virginia's First lady made a stop at Warwood School in Ohio County.
