Steelers strong safety Troy Polamalu will miss Thursday's game in Nashville against the Titans after aggravating his strained right calf in Sunday's 16-14 win over the Eagles at Heinz Field.
Polamalu's started yesterday's game, but only lasted a little over a quarter, when he limped off the field shortly after he was in coverage on a pass play.
Polamalu has already missed two games this season with the same injury.
The Steelers needed a last-second, 34-yard field goal by Shaun Suisham to defeated the Eagles and avoid the first 1-3 start under head coach Mike Tomlin.
