1 dead in West Liberty garage fire - WTRF 7 News Sports Weather - Wheeling Steubenville

A man is dead after a fire ignited in a garage at a West Liberty home Monday evening.

At about 8 p.m. a fire broke out on Harvey Road according to authorities. 

Sheriff's deputies at the scene said there had been a fire in the garage and an injured person.

Ohio County Sheriff Pat Butler said they are currently investigating the fire and had no other comment. Butler confirmed the injured man has been pronounced dead.
