
A Wheeling woman has been arraigned Friday morning.
According to Ohio County Magistrate Joe Roxby, 23-year-old Sarah Beth Ruthers was arraigned just before 9 a.m.
Ruthers allegedly broke into a home on South Penn Street in Wheeling Island back in August.
According to authorities, Ruthers allegedly broke in through the front window of a house and then unlocked the door.
Ruthers allegedly stole two hand guns, ammunition and television set. Investigators were able to pull fingerprints from the window of the house and sent in to a police lab.
Ruthers is being lodged in the Northern Regional Jail on $5,000 bond.
