ST. CLAIRSVILLE, Ohio -
In honor of October as National Anti-Bullying Awareness Month, the public is invited to attend a bullying prevention event Saturday, October 20th at the Ohio Valley Mall.
The mall is partnering with Captain McFinn and Friends for this special event, which also marks the debut of the Captain McFinn & Friends S.H.A.R.K. Patrol Multi-Media Program for schools nationwide.
The St. Clairsville Schools will receive a S.H.A.R.K. Patrol Kit for use in elementary classrooms throughout the district.
The public will also be invited to sign an "Anti-Bullying Pledge."
The event will be taking place from 12 p.m. - 3 p.m. in the Promotional Court.
