Preliminary Hearing Held for the Seven Men Involved in Steubenville Drug Bust

Last week, Steubenville police and drug task force conducted a drug bust at a house on State Street. Seven were taken into custody and appeared in court Wednesday morning.

The seven men caught in the drug bust had their preliminary hearing Wednesday in Steubenville. Two out of the seven were dismissed, which means they will be presented direct and their charges might be picked up with Jefferson County Court of Common Pleas. The other five were bound over, meaning the judge determined there was probable cause sufficient enough for them to stand trial.

Their bond still remains at $250,000.
