Bellaire Police Say Wheeling Woman Kicked Officer in the Chest - WTRF 7 News Sports Weather - Wheeling Steubenville

Bellaire Police arrested two women in separate incidents over the weekend ,and one of the arrests ended with an officer being assaulted.

Police said when Jessica Glessner 27, of Wheeling didn't stop at a stop sign she was arrested on several charges including OVI, menacing, and assault on an officer.

Police said when they arrested her in Bellaire, she allegedly made threats to officers and damaged the inside of the cruiser .

She is also accused of kicking an officer in the chest.

Glessner is in the Belmont County jail.

Police also said they arrested 22 year old Ashley Grandstaff,who had six outstanding warrants against her.

Police said the charges included  drug paraphernalia, theft and making false alarms.
