Marshall County Commissioner race results up in the air - WTRF 7 News Sports Weather - Wheeling Steubenville

On election day incumbent Marshall County Commissioner Jake Padlow was originally told he was the winner.

But after election officially realized they failed to count the provisional and absentee ballots it turns out challenger Robert Miller Jr. actually won.

Because Monday is a government holiday the courthouse is closed and election officials could not be reached.

On Tuesday they will be doing a final canvas in Marshall County when they will determine who is the third commissioner.
